Whether the company will keep blacklisted or remove the chance of rehire eligibility by keeping re-resign after 6 months, and this eligibility to rehire status will be revealed to BGV companies? Without keeping in PIP, can the company remove eligibility to re-hire status based on performance because one month before, my lead, was given negative feedback on a workday?
