India is having a lot of unorganised business entities involved in recruiting people for overseas jobs. My endeavor is to support the unorganised section of service providers, recruitment business start-ups and individual entrepreneurs who are desirous of recruiting Indian citizens for overseas employment by establishing a 'licensed recruiting agency' or 'RA' in India under The Emigration Act, 1983. I do assist and prepare (i.e.handholding) potential Indian and international entities for meeting the legal compliances and registration/ licensing requirements under the said Act.
