Your wages at the time of joining the fund should be less than Rs 15000,but your employer had not contributed to Pension Fund. The EPFO requires a clarification why the amount payable by the employer, ie, 12% of wages is contributed exclusively to Provident Fund without bifurcating it as 8.33% to Pension Fund and the remaining, ie, 3.67% only to Provident Fund. This clarification is required from your employer, and he has to send corrected ECR. Please contact the employer and ask him to do the needful.

Agreeing with T.K.Madhu Sir, I would like to add one more thing that it might be happened that while registering the member in the employer portal his epf/basic wages was more than 15000 but the employer would have put as 15000 or less than 15000 in the column "as on joining epf wages" which made him eligible for pension, that's why the error is shown. Now the solution is that the employer should write a letter to epfo citing the same situation, letter can be sent through mail also.
