What will the organization do if the employee doesn't accept PIP? Can the organization terminate the employee on this basis? Will severance pay be applicable in this case?
Reason for not accepting PIP: Org has hired me for some defined role and responsibility but i am not getting such role and responsibility

Please provide us with more details of the case. Please confirm to us when the employee was hired, for what role was he or she hired, what role was given to him or her, what were the KRAs of the employees and what was the shortfall in meeting them, what were other grounds for placing the employee under PIP, during the PIP what efforts will be taken to elevate the performance and who will take it, etc.

Unless we have complete information, it would not be prudent on our part to provide you with the solutions.
