What is your requirement? There will not be any GO separate for your college. You can refer the Payment of Gratuity Act to know about payment of gratuity to your employees. If the college is a government college or a college aided by the government (the salary is paid by the government) then the rules regarding payment of gratuity will be available in the statutory rules/ service rules as applicable to you.
