Is there any provision of pf not keeping employees above 58 years old
From India, Chennai
Hi, There is no age restriction for becoming a member of the Provident Fund, whereas an employee who has already attained the age of 58 cannot become a member of the Pension Fund.

Hi, Added to the above if PF is not desired by the Member, you may remove the employee from regular rolls and hire him/her as Consultant wherein only Retainer fee to be paid subject to TDS.
