I have joined in company on November 2022. I got to know that I'm pregnant in December. I spoke to my manager on Feb about my pregnancy. They have sent a mail that my performance is not up to the mark in the following month. On April I was asked to put down papers. I have denied. They have put me under PIP one month before going on my maternity leave. They have changed my team assigned new tasks and gave some unrealistic targets. Now I'm taking too much stress which is bad to me and I chose to resign. Can I get any support legally?
