actually our new canteen contractor does not meet the food serving criteria as set. we councelled him many times. and we have worked a lot on it..like token system etc. the main idea is that the workers are difficult to manage. we have introduced shift breaks, but still cant manage canteen.
so i need a compelte sop including meals menue, serving, or any thing that can be helpfull in managing a canteen.
