Bonus eligibility I Joined my company in Sept 2021 and now I want to quit due to my circumstances. The financial year ends on 31st march. so if I resign now will I be eligible for a bonus?

You will get Bonus provided you have worked for 30 days in the financial year. Please note that bonus is available only to those whose salary does not exceed Rs 21000.

You joined in Sept’21 and have put in more than a year of service, why the doubt?

30 days means 30 paid days and obviously that will include holidays, weekly offs and leaves for which you have been paid salary.

Thank you all, Due to my circumstances I need to search for another job and I would like to discontinue as this is core IT and very pressurizing so this bonus means to me a lot so before putting papers I would like to clear my doubt.
