Dear All,

Now a days many employees facing the problem in PF for banking details that i.e. mismatching the name.

What to do ?? shall we have to guide our employees to update bank details again?

Hi,

In case of any issue during partial withdrawal / full PF withdrawal , if they get error like mismatch in Bank Account then advise them to update Bank details again. As per the new process Bank details are to be approved by respective Bank, if not approved by the Bank then it needs to be approved by employer followed by concerned PF office.

Also UAN password if not changed from beginning all need to reset the password and provide new password.. on opening the UAN login it will prompt to change the password.

To avoid mismatch in employee pf kyc updation follow the below steps.
step1
Employees pf account should be as per Aadhar like employee initial then employee name if employee name in pf is not match with Aadhar details then update employee pf details through the regional pf office.
step2
Providing your bank account which is you using on regular basis means continuity of your bank account with out any breaks.
step3
If name of your bank account differ with your Aadhar and pf account then through your concerned bank branch update your bank account as per Aadhar bank will provided updated pass book with name change.
step4
Now update your new bank account number in pf & get the dsc apporval from your employer.
