Dear Navneet Sharma,
You have shared a small PPT. However, the PPT does not say anything about the ROI on training. Technology-based training or otherwise, we need to measure the ROI. Therefore, the question arises in technology-based training does ROI increase or decrease or remain the same?
Technology-based training could be cost-effective, however, in zeal for saving cost, employers in general and HR professionals, in particular, should not resort to the rampant use of this mode of training.
In the last 15 years, I have seen that HR professionals are not so keen on measuring the ROI on employee training. Will technology-based training aggravate this attitude that remains to be seen.
I provide training and consulting in the field of Operations Management and Supply Chain Management. Feel free to contact me at +919900155394. Thanks.
Thanks,
