Dear HR's, One of our employees submitted fake educational documents (Fresher). Somehow our BGV team found it. That employee is not accepting.
what action can be taken against him? please suggest.

Producing false/fake certificate is a grave misconduct; Dismissal of service justified in such cases: Supreme Court

It is act of forgery. You may terminate that particular employee as he/she had tarnished the trust of employer.
