Hi, We have a small office in Ahmedabad with 2 staff members. We are registered under professional tax but the consultant did not share any log in details with us and his mobile number is updated with dept. Now we are unable to get login details from the consultant and our staff also visited the PT office but did not get any positive response.
Kindly advise how can we retrieve/get login details and make professional tax payments.

Submit application/letter for retrieve ID and Password with authorized person signature and ask through written communication.

This is a normal problem, which is why you should never agree to let the login and credentials be under the control of some other person not in your organisation.
PT Department are notorious in the lack of response, so you need to find a new consultant to get this work done. He will know the right persons and get the credentials changed. I know because I have given 5 letters in 3 years and the changes didn't happen (the number was an old mobile that was discontinued...) and a consultant did it for me instead.
