Dear all,

I work for a startup which has around 50 people in total including sales team. I was asked to share the PF, ESI, Gratuity form to all employees so they can fill and individually give the hard copy to me.
I have sent the mail addressing to all explaining about each form.
Is it wrong to send mail to all asking to fill the above form.
As they dont contain any confidential information
they are general form for employees
neither I have shared any other confidential details, salary details of anyone.
It's not feasible to get the form filled individually by everyone by going to them and making them fill the form
They have to send the form individually to me.

Hi,

There is nothing wrong in communicating through email advising them to fill and submit the statutory forms. You are asking for the draft or checking in general whether such practice is right or wrong.?

Dear Employees,

As part of statutory requirement we need to collect PF, ESI, Gratuity form from each and every employee. We have already circulated the necessary forms to you. All are requested to fill the form and submit the form with HR individually.

If any one is having doubts regarding filing the form please don't hesitate contact HR department.

The last date for submission of forms is___

Regards
