Hello everyone! I've couple of queries regarding Esi
(1) If a person is living with his uncle & aunt since childhood after the death of his parents & wants to add his uncle & aunt as Parents in Esi can we do this (Not blood relation), If not then How to add his nomination in this case?
(2) If a person from (X) state working in (Y) state & covers under Esi & his dispensary is in the state (Y) where he is working. If he wants to avail the benefit of Esi for his wife, then is Esi also applicable in his hometown (X) or not?
