Last month I resigned my job and now I got new job in private mnc but now there is a case cheaque bounce case on me under sec 138. I settled amount on 15th Feb (that was my hearing date in court but I didnot go) by speaking with bank but case is now extended hearing on 29th March. Now day after tomorrow is my joining date, will this pending case (case is showing as pending upon checking) will terminate my job if employer see pending criminal case (sec 138). Please advice
