Thanks Trisha.
Clear some doubts.
Eligibilty criterion for registration of pf is
1. more then 20 employees or 20 employees
What suppose there is 20 employees and still no pf account is there and some time we register for pf, do we have to pay the pf contribution from the starting
2. For ESI, what is the upper limit of salary Rs. 6500/- or Rs. 10,000/-
Thanks

Dear Shweta
Greetings.
The salary limit for coverage under ESI Act is Rs.10000/- per month.
The coverage limit based on the no. of employees is 20 and above, hence twenty also to cover under EPF Act. The date of coverage will be decided on the date on which you crossed twenty employees in your roll of the company.

Hi Shweta,
If you have the registration in PF /ESIC. then enrollment will be done of an employee through decelaration form submission.
ESIC : Form 1, which should be submitted within 10 days of Joining at the local ESI office.
PF : You should submitted the form 5 and 10 for new joining and left employees at PF office with monthly return i. e12A.
Form 2 is the nomination form which is also submit at PF office.
then PF no to be alloted at your end in eligiblity registers as per the joining date.
Returns: ESIC half yearly return, PF yearly return.
I hope by this you can have some idea.
