Dear All, My colleague is working in a manufacturing company in Mumbai since 2001, company started to deduct pf contribution from 2002, but in E passbook its showing data from 2003 and that on a yearly basis i.e up to 31/03/2003, then 31/03/2004 etc till 31/03/2009. After that it's regular.
So, is that possible that the company not paid any contribution till 2009? or can we get any data from PF regional office regarding this? if yes what is the process?
