Hi All,

I'm planning to start a IT Software start up in India, in my local village. I gonna hire freshers and train them for 6 months with trainers. Incase, if I don't get the expected clients after 6months, can I outsource my employees to Indian MNC companies as contract employees ? By this way I can run my business profitable and pay my employees properly.

Can an IT startup company supply recourses to MNCs as contract workers? Will the company HRs allow this or Do I need to register a separate HR Consultancy/Recruitment Agency in India to pitch in my employees into IT companies.

Please guide me with the legal process.
