Dear all, I joined as an HR in a start-up company. where there is no PF / ESI or whatsoever. just a salary. for eg: the Admin salary is 25k per month in hand. How do I do the salary break up for the same? Also, I need to prepare a compensation sheet along with the offer letter. and also prepare payslip. please help me I need to submit it by Monday for 10 employees.
