My boss is asking me to consider hospital referrals with lost hours of 2-3 only as a first aid case. But in some cases, injured workers were hospitalized and got treated there for 2-4 hours and later went to their home and joined duty the next day.
So, what should i consider this a first aid or a nonreportable/hospital referral. As far as i know, it has to be nonreportable or hospital referral.
