Last week I was searching for information ESIC. But our friends helped a lot.
Now in the file you have uploaded, page no. 4 has certain specifications regarding who is not covered under the act where the wage limit is given as Rs. 7500 pm. (Above this, one is not covered under the act)
But I understand from replies from our friends last week that the limit is Rs. 10000 pm. Can you please look into the same and clarify.

Nice Job man.Very Good & Comprehensive.
However, as HITEN suggested the wage limit is Rs 10,000/- and not 7,500/-.I think the change was made some 14 months back.
Members please clarify.

AT PAGE NUMBER 4 KINDLY CORRECT THE LIMIT UNDER RULE 50 AS THE SAME IS AMENDED TO RS. 10000/- W.E.F. 1/10/06.

Dear Seniors ,
I need an urgent help from you all ,i am working as an executive HR in our company there is no policy at our organization .
One of our staff has faced with an accident while on the way to office & she has been on a leave for 2 months no salary has been credited in her a/c till date .
What should i do in that case ?
what should be given to her ...basic or full salary ?
is accidental policy should be made ?
