You would like to present the sales data to your manager. However, whose initiative is this? Did it come from your manager or you would like to do it on your own?
If the manager has informed you to present the sales data then it is his duty to provide you with the format also. Junior cannot anticipate what is in the mind of his senior.
Lastly, we the members of this forum are outsiders. We do not know anything about the nature of the business of your company, the product details, the territory covered and so on. Sans this information, it will be difficult to give you any suggestions.
