Hello sir, Please help me. On 2018 Oct 27th I joined one organization and one and half years I was worked. on 30th March 2020 I resigned my job. Employers made mistake my name in pf account I requested them after they was changed. Pan card details and Aadhar details I was entered. But bank details employer entered. But my name is wrong in my passbook I ask my employer they only open the bank passbook. They told me to change the name in my passbook so again I changed my name. I sent that employer also but no response to my employer's side. On 19th April 2021, I went to the organization but employers said we cannot delete and add the new Bank details the reason is 1 year finished you are exit in this organisation so, please gone the PF OFFICE and change your details this words they said. Now what can I do Sir.
I tried to enter my update bank passbook details and it's showing an error message " already your bank details seeded against your UAN". So my pf is rejected 2 time. Can anyone give a solution for this problem pls. And another problem is my employee share amount is 22000 and my employer share amount is 6000 in one and half years u don't know how they are calculating the employer share. I need as per the law employer share at least 10000 any other way is there for getting my money.
Just I want my old bank details to delete and PF the full amount I want. Please help me, sir
