Dear All, I need clarification on the following: For adoption of a Child, it is normally seen that it takes more than 3 -4 months, but as per rule, it says up to 3 months only Adoption leave is applicable, just confirm the same with your consultant? In case of adoption, if the child is more than 3 months, is leave applicable?
