According To Bonus Act
Bonus Payable At Gross Salary, Gross Salary Will Be Less Than Or Equal To 21,000 Than Bonus Applicable.
Minimum 8.33% & Maximum 20% Of Minimum Wages Or Actual Basic.
If Basic Salary Less Than 7,000, Bonus Payable At 7,000
8.33% Of 7000
Or Any Percent Upto 20% Of 7,000
If Basic Greater Than 7000 Than First Of All We Will Consider Category (Un-Skilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled, Highly Skilled) After That We Will Consider Minimum Wages Of That Category And Than We Will Pay Bonus On Minimum Wages Or Actual Basic.
Note : Gross Salary Not Exceed 21,000

1250 Rule Applicable In The EPF
We Can Contribution Maximum 1250 In The Pension Account. We can Not Contribute Greater Than 1250 In The Pension Account.
I Think You Are Little Bit Confused In EPF Or Bonus.
