Transfer of an worker from one company with registered office in one state to one of its co-op society with registered office address in another state.

I have been working in an Organisation. My name was in one of its company till Dec 2015. I have one UAN & on UID in this company , which is registered to Lucknow EPF Office. From Jan 2016 I have been transfored to its co operative Society whose office address is shown in state Mandhya Pradesh . After this transfer I have been alloted another UAN & Member ID which is
registered to EPF Office Bhopal.
I want to know that , after my exit from this organisation , wheather my EPF , Gratuity, penson will be affected or not.
