What laws will be applicable if an employer does not deposit PF contribution saying that it was a deduction done due to the pandemic?
My 10months pf amount has not been deposited yet. How can I take an action against this?

You prefer raising a complaint with Commissioner of Regional EPF office of your state by a written letter and try to meet the recovery officer of your region for resolving your complaint of non deposit of EPF contributions by your employer.
