Though you have raised the query, you have not mentioned the events that are executed in your company. Generally, the companies celebrate the foundation day and other festivals like Deepavali, Christmas etc.
Past is a guide for the future. Therefore, check from your Accounts Department, what was the expenditure in the preceding years. This will give you an idea for budgeting future events.
