Hello Janki,
The IT industry is governed by the provisions of the Shop Act of the State. Depending upon the number of employees and other factors, it is also regulated by other Labour Laws such as the Minimum Wages Act 1948, the Provident Fund Act 1952, the ESI Act 1948, the Payment of Wages Act 1936, the Payment of Bonus Act 1965, the Payment of Gratuity Act 1972, the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act 1970, and the Industrial Establishments (Standing Orders) Act 1946.
