Salary = 12k. The establishment says it has to cut PF = 12% and ESI = .75% from our salary as it's the rule. The rest will be paid. Friend says she does not want any deduction, does not matter if the establishment does not give ESI and PF. The establishment says that is not possible since it is the law. Friend asked for other options like increase salary so that she gets 12k in hand but the establishment cannot afford to do that. When asked to join off the record, the establishment denies doing that also. Is there some way in which a friend can join this establishment with satisfying both her & the establishment wishes?
