XXX MNC company asked me to write Resignation after 3-month letter due to one of the past company which is closed, Hr told me that they are going to keep this internal and provided me all docs Like Relieving Letter, Exp letter F&F stating that "he resigned due to his own accord". Now after 4 years I am going to join another MNC did XXX MNC company provide negative feedback in BGV and will they tell the reason for resigning?
