Dear All, PFA is an Extra-Ordinary Gazette Notification dated 11.08.2020 by the Governor of Punjab promulgating CLRA (Punjab Amendment) Ordinance 2020 amending CLRA Act. As per this notification/ordinance, the existing applicability of the Act to the establishment employing 20 or more workmen has been increased to 50 or more.

Dear Seniors,
Please confirm do we have simillar notification for west Bengal location wherein for CLRA license the employee count is increased to 50 or so,if yes need the notification also.
