Hi Everyone, My employer is based at Mumbai location and we have a strength of 25 employees, here lockdown is over and companies have been allowed to work on 10% capacity. In the month of April and May there were deductions in our salary but again even after lockdown is over it is announced that we will be paid less salary for the next three months. Please suggest if me as an HR can support on employee's front to get full salary

Dear friend,
The salaries and wages and linked to the market scenario and not whether employees work or not. If the market condition is not good then the employees are expected to cooperate with the employer. Therefore, rather than becoming a representative of employees, I recommend you a representative of the company and convey to the employees how they are expected to cooperate in view of the slump in the demand.
Today businesses are facing whole lot of problems. There is reduction in sales revenue. Account receivables are ever growing and customers are asking further reduction in prices. The employees who have problem in understanding can go to the field and know how difficult it is to maintain business continuity.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
