Hello Everyone, I want to know how to write a email about interactive session for New Joiners with director in our company. I would like to announce to each and every new joiners to participate in this Interactive Session. Please help and guide me how to communicate through mail

1. Tell them they are required to attend the session.
2. Tell them why they are attending and what the session is about .
3. Tell them what - if anything - they have to do to prepare for the session.
4. Tell them the time and date of their particular session.
5. Tell them to contact you if they have questions.
Keep it simple. Don't overcomplicate things. It's only an email, not a 50,000 word dissertation.
