I took my maternity leave inn the month of OCT/2018 to March/2018, but i was not told to register any doctor & start the procedure to get maternity leave after delivery on 03/March/2019 , i reg a doctor & still i have not got the details how to claim the benefit i was not paid during my maternity leave , my reg doctor said i will get paid but only one document pending is my for name change. can i provide a Gazette certificate for name change after marriage . & will i get claimed this now & what is the max time to claim. pls reply.
