Dear Experts, Can any one suggest the solution to solve the issue faced by me.
One employee employed with Employer A from April 2016 onward and still live contribution is remitted.
The same employee registered with Employer B during Mar 18 for part time job with the same UAN.
No prospective part time job was provided by Employer B and he exited the employee by 31-08-2018 and no contribution was paid.
Now the employee applied for loan with PF Dept. and the same was rejected since his current employer is B and no contribution is remitted.
Request to forward your suggestion to solve the issue.

As per my knowledge,Contact EPF office to get solution because the epf claim was rejected when the contribution dates are same with different employer, as per your query it is consider that employer b is your present employer, so you have to ask employer b to approve your exit date but that exit date of the month is contributed by employer A, so there is no use of it therefore contact EPF office for best solution.
If you are not eligible for epf with employer B ask him to approve your date of exit that is your date of joining, then employer A becomes your present employer then you can apply part withdrawl under epf terms and conditions.
the above said information may not be correct contact EPF office for clarification.

As suggested I met the PF office and discussed.
They told even though Employer B exited the employee his last employer will continue as the same. They could not do any changes in the present situation.
To correct the current situation they suggested to exit the said employee form Employer A who is remitting contribution in his account regularly on any month end and again enroll the employee on the next day.
Thus the current employer will become A. But Employees PF Account No. will change to new one.
Next the employee should make an application to PF Dept. to transfer the balance from his old account to the new account.
Once the amount is transferred he can proceed with filing load application.
This is the suggestion I got. I have to try it and see whether it will succeed.
For information of all viewers.
Thanks ....
N Prakash
