Contract employee should be paid as per minimum wages what ever is prescribed in your state enactments, Pay slip can be designed by yourself considering the structures provided.
Basic,DA or VDA are to be included without fail if following MW structure.
ESI & EPF thresholds are provided in the statutes with latest amendments time to time.
