Trmination from job in private company (its State Level and the PF Account is Belong to Andhra Pradesh) and i sign in that letter also at time of 22-05-2013 (in that they mentioned Misconduct in Disciplinary grounds) later i join in another company its also private company (its State Level and the PF Account is Belong to Delhi) Now the problem is in my 2 company (Delhi) background Verification they find about my first company and they ask me Termination letter and now in my 2 company they removed from me job (22-01-2017).
And Now I relecived My Total PF Amont from both companys Sir.
Sir One thing i want ask if termination in one state or black list then i can not work anywhere. i Need your help sir
but I need full information sir please help me in this matter.
