To revisit the decision of the termination is left to the discretion of the management provided there exist valid grounds or there is gross error apparent on the face of the records.
The pressure from some senior management person does not appear to form valid ground for the review.

The decission of termination is the discretion power of the management and can also withdraw the decission owing to condtions.
I do agree with the view of Mr. Nagarkar, that pressure from senior management person does not appear to be valid ground. You bother least, the management shall remain responsible for future happenings.
