Hi
Need help/guidance!
This is Ashwini & I am working with a private company, and have been told recently that my performance is not upto mark & that the company wants to end contract.
I am 3 months pregnant & got confirmation letter (received on 1st Apr'19) post satisfactory performance during my probation period. So basically I am a confirmed employee eligible for maternity benefits as per maternity act.
Now, the interesting thing is my performance issue is being hyped suddenly post intimating about my pregnancy to her manager.
All my official email access has been revoked & I don't have access to all the projects I have worked on.
Though her HR states I am still intact with the company however the situation doesn't seem so (since accesses are revoked & no work is given)
Now, I am in dilemma as to what I should be doing? Worst part is nobody would employ me since I am on my second trimester.
Any lawyer, employment right activists, HR's here please suggest a solution. I would be highly grateful.
Thank you 🙂

Dear Ashwini,
What has happened to you is quite unfortunate. I recommend you filing a complaint with the Labour Officer (LO).
