Dear All, Can any one tell me with proof that "CL, SL, is applicable in Uttar Pradesh? If "Yes" then according to which act? And what is the accumulation of that leave?

Dear Abhi, For factories, applicable CL, SL and EL are applied as per the "Factories act", however "shop & establishment act" is referred for other establishments including shops. Regards Rahul
