None of the outlets are having less than 10 employees, but total establishment is having around 30 employees. in this scenario , whether we are liable to register under esic act?

There is no employee limit for sub code registration.Ever 1 employee you you should create sub code registration because employee ca take benefit from registration location & if the distance is so far between Main code & sub code unit its difficult to employee for esic procidure.
