i recently came across with a query that are national holiday (26th jan and 14th Jan) is Paid to factory worker who are normally work on Hourly Basis.and the didn't work on 14th jan.
So kindly suggest should we pay them for these two days or not.

26 jan is national holiday and as leave it is payable to all workers regarding 14th, please follow the state labor rules

Kindly correct your self first, 14th Jan is not national holiday. Regarding your query for paid holidays, yes working on 26th Jan or any other national holiday would be paid one , for 14th Jan you can consider your policy or state govt. rules.
