Good Morning!!!
I am a cg employee in Pay Band GP 4200/- group B employee, at the time of 7th CPC pay fixations on 1 Jan 2018, Audit section said your initial pay fixation was wrong and they want to imply huge recovery amount on me.
Is this possible for imposing Recovery from employess, when the excess payment has been made for a period in excess of five years, before the order of recvoery is issued as per DOPT order no. F.No.18/03/2015-Estt. (Pay-I), Dt. 2 Mar. 2016.
