My concern is that how to ask to mark attendance from the Senior consultant of the Company. After so many reminders he is not marking their attendance. please suggest what should i do in this situation ?

After so many reminders he is not marking their attendance.- How you reminded this? Have you ever kept your reporting authority in Loop while doing this? If yes what is response of your reporting authority? If No, then involve him/her now.
