Hi Karthik,
Since you are already working in HR field ,initially a Masters Degree in Personnel Management and Labour Studies would be at advantage. In this Two years Full time course you will be able to learn and do projects in various areas of HR,Personnel Management and Labour Laws. This will make you a HR/Personnel Management specialist.
Later you can do LLB if necessary as an additional qualification in case if you want to be a labour law legal expert. This would be an added advantage.
All the Best.

Dear Colleague,
Any full time course in HR would require you to leave the present job.
Since you are handling labour law compliance responsibility, it would be more apt to pursue diploma in Labour Laws which will give you better edge.
