Dear All,
The marjority of companies include the company performance into bonus calculation like in the hereafter formula :
(Corporate Score * Weight Corporate) + (Individual Score * Weight of individual performance) = Total Score
as Weight Corporate + Weight of individual performance = 100%
Have you any ideas what are the adopted weightings in companies like Google, Adobe... in calculating the total bonus ?
Thank you dears

Dear Yousseff,
dont know the practice followed at Google or adobe; however the ratio of company performance to individual performance is kept a maximum of 40:60. The weighting of company performance can be reduced for roles that indirectly support company performance or for backoffice roles. For such roles, the ratio of company performance to individual performance can be kept as 20:80.
Hope it helps.
