General Elections to Telangana State will be conducting on 7th December, 2018. As per the directions of Labour Department we declared holiday on that day. Can we ask our work force to work in their forthcoming weekly-off to compensate the same.

Holiday on polling date is in deed is a 'paid holiday' in addition to your normal weekly off and other declared holidays, you cannot ask your employees to work to compensate this holiday declared.
