Can anyone help me to make HR Policy since i don't have complete knowledge about it and I wanted to roll it out according to Act so which will avoid issues in future in my company. As if now my company doesn't have any Policy as such so if anyone can help me with this so its great helpful for my company and for my employees as well. Appreciate your help at the earliest.
